What types of import and export does Planning.nl offer?
Importing data from HR systems and project systems
By importing data from source systems, you can easily load personnel into the database. This ensures that the information in the planning package is always up to date, based on personnel, schedules, job titles, competencies, place of residence and more. This ensures efficient and accurate planning.
Importing project information
Projects can be imported from systems such as SAP, Metacom, AFAS and 4PS, including important characteristics such as project number, description, project leader, start and end date, and the status of the project. This gives you a clear overview of the current workload and helps you determine where resources can best be deployed, which in turn helps you plan resources and budgets effectively.
Export to BI-tools
You can easily transfer data to reporting tools at any level, both project and personnel level. This makes the information available to HR and project systems, giving you insight into where resources have been deployed and how many hours have been spent on them.
Export to work order tools
By exporting to Total Mobile, for example, operational employees can view their planned work via work orders. This facilitates execution and ensures better coordination between planning and execution.
