We constantly strive to use our technology to follow the latest guidelines regarding software, the security of the data entrusted to us and the continuity of our systems. Planning.nl takes the utmost care to safeguard the processes that guarantee security and continuity. Safeguarding security and ISO certification.

Data storage in The Netherlands

Planning.nl exclusively utilises modern data centres located in Europe. These data centres are ISO 27001 certified. The systems in our data centres are redundant, so that in the event of an emergency, the servers in the data centres can immediately take over each other's tasks. All customer data is encrypted and stored in multiple locations. A backup of all data is made every 24 hours.

Guaranteeing security and ISO certification

Planning.nl is ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified. The security and reliability of our software, systems and organisation are audited every nine months by TüV Nederland to maintain this certification.

This allows us to guarantee that your valuable data is secure and is processed and stored in full compliance with the latest GDPR guidelines. By using an SSL certificate, we can guarantee that data is transmitted securely between your computer and the Planning.nl servers.

PEN-Test

Every two years, we have a certified company perform a PEN test (penetration test) on the servers of Planning.nl. This PEN test gives us detailed insight into the secure operation of our server park in The Netherlands.
