Professional & Committed

We actively support initiatives that create social added value, from local sponsorship to sustainable partnerships.

Alphense Zwemclub
Sports club

Since 1926, the Alphense Zwemclub has been a household name in the region – not only because of its impressive achievements, but also thanks to its broad commitment to swimming.

Our women's section consists of no fewer than 32 enthusiastic and motivated players, divided into three teams that compete throughout the Netherlands. Together, we work hard every week to improve our sporting performance and represent our club at the highest level possible.

AZC is a club for everyone: from young children learning to swim to top athletes competing at national level. The water polo department has won more than 20 national titles and played in European finals. The swimming department trains young talent and organises competitions and training sessions for all levels. Synchronised swimming is all about technique and elegance, and here too, many prizes have been won.

Aqua Delfia
Underwater sports

At Aqua Delfia, everything revolves around experiencing underwater sports - whether you want to learn to dive, already have experience, or are simply looking for an active and friendly club.

We offer diving courses for beginners and advanced divers, and regularly organise recreational diving trips, mainly in Zeeland. As a beginner, you start with the 1-star course (from 15 years of age), where you learn to dive both in the pool and in open water. This course consists of theory, pool training and several open water dives. During and after the course, there are plenty of opportunities to gain experience with our club dives, which take place several times a month.

In addition to diving, Aqua Delfia also offers underwater hockey - a unique, challenging team sport that combines fitness, teamwork and game insight underwater.

Flynn Lokker
Sponsor

At Planning.nl, we are proud of our local talent and enthusiastically support young athletes who are pursuing their dreams. Take Flynn Lokker, a 9-year-old karting talent from Maassluis, who finished his very first racing season with an impressive third place in the Fun/Rookie class of the Dutch Rookies Cup. Despite bad luck on the last day of racing in Berghem – from an engine that wouldn't start to changeable weather – he fought back fiercely with a breathtaking second place in the final heat. As one of the youngest drivers in the field, he even took pole position and finished fourth in the overall qualifying.

Flynn drives for Montfoort Motorsports, with coaching from Tom van der Zwet and the indispensable support of his family and sponsors, including us at Planning.nl. This collaboration fits perfectly with our mission of responsible entrepreneurship: investing in the next generation, giving local heroes a boost and making the region buzz with energy and ambition. Flynn is already looking ahead: ā€˜Next year, I want to compete in the Dutch Championship. I'll be training hard this winter – you'll see me back even stronger next year!’ We congratulate Flynn and look forward to more successes. Follow his adventures and support local talent!

Stichting Vakantiespel
Youth events

The history of Vakantiespel Alphen aan den Rijn dates back to 1959, when the first edition took place. Vakantiespel has since grown into one of the largest children's events of its kind in the Netherlands, with an average of 1,500 children and 500 volunteers enjoying a whole week of fun together.
